Hourly Rate

The hourly rate is 270 francs; the outlay and VAT (8%) will be added to this rate.

This rate is applied to any affairs without litigation value.

Legal aid

Anyone who does not have sufficient means to enable them to exercise their rights in court but who seems to have a chance of winning their case can obtain legal aid.

Rates according to the litigation value

The rate is in accordance with the canton’s rule on fixed lawyers rates (RSJU 188.61).
